About the role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers. The role involves handling inquiries, orders, billing questions, and service issues across multiple channels in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous service in both English and Spanish via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Assist customers with orders, accounts, billing, service issues, and general requests.
• Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience.
• Document interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer information and protect confidential data.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Meet performance, quality, attendance, and satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, or other non‑standard hours as needed.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
