About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Beauty Advisors to work at the Tocumen Airport retail area in Panama. In this customer‑facing position you will provide personalized advice, influence purchase decisions and represent the brand image of a leading duty‑free retailer.
Key responsibilities
- Offer personalized beauty and fragrance advice to potential customers.
- Influence buying decisions and promote brand loyalty.
- Maintain brand guidelines and visual standards at the point of sale.
- Monitor and report inventory levels, promotional materials, and trial stations.
- Build trust with customers and differentiate the offering from competitors.
Required profile
- Availability for rotating shifts.
- Completed high school education (Bachiller Completo).
- Previous experience in sales and brand image representation.
