Auxiliar de Departamento (Temporal)

About the role

We are looking for a temporary Department Assistant to support the sales floor of our retail stores in Panama. The role involves helping customers, maintaining product displays, and assisting the sales team with basic product information.

Key responsibilities

• Support the exhibition and arrangement of merchandise on the sales floor.
• Keep the area clean, orderly, and ensure price tags are visible.
• Assist with unloading, moving, and basic assembly of furniture.
• Provide basic product information to sales staff.
• Greet customers courteously and forward their inquiries to the manager.
• Check that products are in good condition before delivery.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller).
• Availability for rotating schedules and weekend work.
• Team‑player attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Dynamic, organized, responsible, and honest.
• Strong service orientation.
