About the role
We are looking for a Department Assistant to join our retail team in Chiriquí. The role supports the sales floor by ensuring merchandise is well presented, the store area remains clean and organized, and customers receive friendly assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the display and arrangement of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, orderly area with visible pricing.
- Help with unloading, moving, and basic assembly of furniture.
- Provide sales staff with basic product information.
- Greet customers courteously and direct their inquiries to the manager.
- Check product condition before delivery to customers.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachiller).
- Availability for rotating shifts and weekends.
- Team‑oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Dynamic, organized, responsible, and honest.
- Strong service orientation.
