About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cashier Assistant to join our retail team in Panamá Oeste. The role involves managing daily cash transactions, ensuring accurate receipt of payments, and supporting the store’s financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle cash, checks, and card payments accurately.
- Identify counterfeit bills and follow security procedures.
- Operate the card‑payment terminal for debit and credit transactions.
- Prepare and control bank deposits.
- Maintain orderly cash registers and reconcile daily sales.
Required profile
- Strong service orientation and a completed high‑school education.
- Good mathematical calculation abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Responsible, honest, punctual and enjoys teamwork.
- Willingness to work rotating schedules.
