Auxiliar de Caja – Colón

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cashier Assistant to join our retail team in Colón. The role involves handling daily cash transactions, ensuring accurate processing of payments, and providing excellent service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash, checks, and card payments accurately.
• Identify counterfeit bills and follow security procedures.
• Operate the POS (point‑of‑sale) terminal for debit and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and control bank deposits on a regular basis.
• Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area.

Required profile

• Strong service orientation and willingness to help customers.
• Completed high school education (Bachiller Completo).
• Good mathematical calculation abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and work reliably.
• Communicative, honest, punctual and team‑oriented.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
