Assistant Procurement Manager - Warehousing

About the role

As an Assistant Procurement Manager – Warehousing you will support Nestlé Global Procurement in managing commercial and sourcing activities for 3PL warehousing spend worldwide. You will work across a global network, applying strategic sourcing processes to drive value, efficiency and sustainable results.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of global category strategies and manage spend across the Americas.
• Lead sourcing projects using RFIs, RFPs, e‑auctions, standardisation and spend aggregation.
• Utilise AI‑enabled tools to accelerate sourcing and maximise value creation.
• Foster a competitive supplier environment and assist in contract negotiations.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective deployment of category strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s corporate business principles and procurement policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience, preferably in warehousing, logistics or 3PL operations.
• Proven ability to work in a complex, cross‑functional global environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing tools, category management and risk management.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
