About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Assistant to support our commercial team. In this role you will act as a key ally, providing administrative and customer‑facing support that directly contributes to client satisfaction and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to external and wholesale sales teams.
• Handle in‑person and telephone customer inquiries with speed and professionalism.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on them.
• Manage purchase orders, invoicing and order tracking.
• Coordinate local and international purchase requisitions.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams to ensure high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Completed high school diploma; university studies in progress are a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in sales, customer service or commercial administration.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and set priorities.
• Excellent service attitude and customer orientation.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
