About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to support the commercial operations of Compulab, a B2B technology company. The role focuses on ensuring smooth sales processes, coordinating between clients, account executives and engineering teams, and maintaining an accurate pipeline in the CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, value propositions, orders and tender documents.
• Keep the CRM (Odoo or other platforms) up‑to‑date with prospects, customers, opportunities and negotiation status.
• Collaborate with engineering to craft technical proposals that match client requirements.
• Follow up with prospects and customers, monitor quotation delivery timelines, and act as liaison with finance and support.
• Support the organization of trainings, workshops and demand‑generation events.
• Produce periodic sales reports, KPI dashboards and manage the sales funnel.
• Coordinate meetings, manage the commercial agenda and archive contractual documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or technical studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Systems or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative, commercial or customer‑service roles, preferably in technology or B2B services.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail and ability to work under targets.
• Proactive, collaborative and time‑management oriented.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Practical experience with CRM tools such as Odoo, HubSpot or Salesforce.
