About the role

The Independence Assistant at Deloitte supports the risk and independence function by ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will work in a multicultural, dynamic environment, contributing to high‑quality solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor risk and independence procedures and perform acceptance processes.
• Maintain client continuity and manage commitments related to independence.
• Support the design and delivery of training on policies and procedures.
• Coordinate courses, seminars, and other learning activities related to policy compliance.
• Conduct searches on public sector websites (e.g., public registries, tax authorities, judicial bodies, stock exchanges, local superintendencies) to gather relevant information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience developing control procedures, regulatory compliance, process improvement, policy management, or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
