About the role

We are looking for a Private Banking Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to our Business Officers. In this role you will ensure smooth, personalized banking experiences for our private‑client portfolio by handling product openings, account movements, loan disbursements, card issuance and compliance documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the opening of new products and accounts for private‑banking clients.
• Process and monitor account movements, including deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
• Coordinate loan and credit disbursements according to established guidelines.
• Administer issuance and renewal of credit and debit cards.
• Ensure accurate completion and filing of required documentation for each transaction.
• Conduct client screening and verify compliance with restricted‑list requirements.
• Apply KYC and due‑diligence procedures to meet regulatory standards.
• Provide operational support to Business Officers in managing their portfolios.
• Respond promptly to private‑client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist in account reconciliation and preparation of operational reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in core banking systems and management tools.

Required profile

• University degree or advanced studies in Administration, Finance, Economics or Business.
• Experience with core banking systems, Microsoft Excel and corporate email tools.
• Familiarity with document management, restricted‑list screening, risk‑assessment matrices, KYC and due‑diligence processes.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork orientation and service‑focused mindset.
