Asesor Técnico Comercial – Sector Agro

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Advisor who combines deep technical knowledge with a commercial mindset to serve clients in the agro‑industrial and food sectors. You will act as a trusted partner, helping customers improve productivity, bio‑security and food safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on bio‑security, sanitization and food safety solutions.
• Conduct field visits to identify client needs and develop tailored proposals.
• Train customers on Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM), cleaning and disinfection.
• Create commercial proposals, track business opportunities and follow up on sales cycles.
• Support field trials and technical validation of products.
• Expand and manage the client portfolio through active prospecting and post‑sale service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Participate in trainings, events and activities that strengthen brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Agro‑Industrial Engineering or Food Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical‑commercial roles.
• Proven experience in consultative sales and corporate client management.
• Ability to deliver technical and commercial presentations.
• Preferable background in agro‑industry, food safety, bio‑security or sanitization.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel monthly across the country.
