Asesor de Crédito – Ventas en Calle (Milla 8 / La Doña)

About the role

We are looking for energetic individuals who love street sales to join our team as Credit Advisors. The role focuses on promoting and placing financial products while managing and recovering loan portfolios for micro‑entrepreneurs in the Milla 8 and La Doña areas.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, promote and sell micro‑finance products directly on the street.
• Provide comprehensive financial advice aligned with company goals.
• Manage client portfolios and conduct recovery activities when needed.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the organization’s growth.

Required profile

• Residence in the Milla 8 or La Doña neighborhoods.
• Proven experience in street sales.
• Education in accounting, finance, marketing or related fields.
• Own car or motorcycle with a valid driver’s license.
• Good personal credit references (APC).
