About the role

Micorserfin is looking for a Credit Advisor to join its commercial team at the Changuinola branch. The role focuses on providing credit advice and support to micro‑entrepreneurs, helping them access productive financial services that generate positive social and economic impact.

Key responsibilities

• Offer personalized credit advisory to clients in the field.
• Promote and sell micro‑finance products, especially to the agro‑sector.
• Manage collection activities and follow‑up on loan repayments.
• Maintain accurate client records and credit assessments.
• Travel to client sites using personal transportation (motorbike or car).

Required profile

• Experience in sales and collections, preferably in the financial agro‑sector.
• Educational background in agronomy, accounting, finance, administration or related fields.
• Own means of transport (motorbike or car).
• Good credit references (APC).
