Asesor de Admisión Senior

About the role

The Senior Admission Advisor will guide prospective students through the university’s enrollment process, providing personalized information on academic programs, admission requirements, and billing procedures. This role combines direct student interaction, lead management, and collaboration with the admissions team to maximize enrollment conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized counseling to prospective students, answering questions about programs, requirements, and the admission timeline.
• Manage the formalization and invoicing process for newly enrolled students.
• Organize and lead individual or group information sessions about the university’s offerings.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies with the site director to attract new students.
• Represent the university at education fairs, events, and visits to partner institutions.
• Assign, monitor, and nurture leads in the prospect database, using calls, emails and other channels.
• Produce weekly reports on lead conversion, database status and team performance for national coordination.
• Collaborate with the national admissions coordinator to align quarterly targets and training initiatives.
• Collect and analyze admission data to identify improvement opportunities and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure accurate documentation of student files and create up‑to‑date informational materials.
• Participate in special projects and campaigns aimed at increasing the site’s visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in higher‑education admissions or student recruitment, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing documentation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (and preferably English) for interacting with diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset for data collection, interpretation and presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with national and local teams and to lead site‑level initiatives.
