Asesor Comercial y de Servicio - Travel Team

About the role

Banistmo is looking for a Commercial and Service Advisor to join its Travel Team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, understand client needs and propose integrated multi‑product solutions while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality assistance to clients, identifying their financial and travel‑related needs.
• Promote and sell a range of Banistmo products, creating comprehensive solutions.
• Manage commercial opportunities, ensuring timely follow‑up with prospects and existing customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to support repeat business.
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through proactive, results‑oriented actions.

Required profile

• Completed or ongoing university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or commercial management.
• Strong passion for sales and business generation.
• Ability to spot opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Experience in prospecting and managing sales pipelines.
• Negotiation and closing skills with a focus on meeting goals.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.
• Proactive, dynamic attitude and ability to build trust‑based relationships.
