About the role

We are looking for a proactive Commercial Advisor who is passionate about sales, building trusted relationships, and generating new business opportunities. In this position you will develop strong commercial ties, identify growth prospects, and directly contribute to the organization’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect actively to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Reactivate inactive customers and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
• Increase purchase frequency and profitability of the assigned portfolio.
• Provide commercial and technical advice tailored to each client’s needs.
• Prepare quotations, follow up proposals, and manage the closing of opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of visits, activities, and commercial opportunities.
• Generate management reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Participate in training and professional development programs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or commercial assistance.
• Ability to manage commercial relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for commercial visits.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
