About the role
We are seeking a charismatic Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing matchmaking company as a Sales Specialist. Working remotely, you will be responsible for building and managing a client pipeline, prospecting new leads, and closing package deals.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads via LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels.
- Build, maintain, and nurture a robust client pipeline.
- Qualify prospects and close package deals independently.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations while owning your sales outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven outbound sales and closing experience.
- Ability to handle rejections professionally.
- Comfortable navigating and maintaining a CRM system.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, charismatic, and strong communicator.
Required skills
- CRM navigation and upkeep.
- Experience in SaaS environments (preferred).
What we offer
- Full‑time remote position, Monday‑Friday 9 AM‑5 PM EST.
- Compensation paid in USD or local currency, based on candidate preference.
