Analista Programador Full Stack

About the role

JCDecaux is looking for a Full Stack Analyst Programmer to join its Technology team. The role combines front‑end and back‑end development with technical support and maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications, creating both visual interfaces (frontend) and server‑side logic or database interactions (backend).
• Handle medium to advanced technical support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
• Debug existing code, identify bugs and implement fixes.
• Query, update and optimise SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Participate in new projects, gathering requirements and producing technical documentation.
• Document recurring issues and applied software changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Systems Engineering, Software Development or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in web development and technical support.
• Technical proficiency in English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, empathy, problem‑solving ability, and good time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular or Vue).
• Backend: PHP, Node.js, C# or Python.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Version control: Git, GitHub or GitLab (required).
