Analista de Calidad – Ciudad de Panamá

About the role

BDO is looking for a Quality Analyst to join its Panama City office. The role supports the firm’s quality management system and contributes to risk‑based due‑diligence activities for audit and consulting engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the internal quality management system.
• Perform third‑party due‑diligence, counter‑party risk analysis and conflict‑of‑interest identification.
• Lead change initiatives and support process‑improvement projects across the organization.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

Required profile

• Student in the final semesters or recent graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of one year of experience in quality‑system maintenance.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to lead teams and drive organizational change.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI for data visualization.
