About the role

The Customer Service Analyst will deliver comprehensive, agile, and high-quality support to both internal and external clients for the sale and service of spare parts and equipment. Working full-time on-site in Panama City, the role ensures a superior service experience, maintains administrative order, and helps achieve the company’s commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively advise end‑customers and internal inquiries via phone, email, web or face‑to‑face about product portfolio, services and promotions.
• Maintain a fluid and timely communication channel to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide priority support to Customer Service Representatives with accurate information on part availability, costs, and order status.
• Assist in planning deliveries of spare parts, machinery and equipment to meet agreed timelines.
• Coordinate workload allocation with representatives based on priority, volume and specialty.
• Prepare precise commercial offers for end‑customers and internal requests.
• Register orders, advances, delivery requests, stock checks, purchases and invoicing in the internal system.
• Support the collection of documentation for commercial tenders.
• Keep databases up‑to‑date, including budgets, purchase orders, client lists and market studies.
• Consolidate and monitor sales KPI metrics for the department.
