About the role
We are seeking a motivated Rental Agent who will handle sales and customer‑service interactions for our mobility solutions business. The role involves engaging bilingual customers, understanding their needs, and delivering appropriate rental solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers in both English and Spanish to promote rental services.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable mobility solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure service excellence.
Required profile
- High school graduate, at least 23 years old.
- Valid Driver’s License Type C.
- Strong communication skills and ability to assertively engage customers.
- Self‑motivated, team‑oriented and solution‑focused.
Required skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
