About the role

PwC's Internal Firm Services legal team is looking for an Associate (Abogado) to provide comprehensive legal advice, ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks for internal stakeholders and clients in Panama.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice across commercial law, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review and manage contracts and corporate governance documents.
• Support compliance with local regulations and PwC internal policies.
• Conduct legal research and maintain legal databases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align legal solutions with business objectives.
• Assist in developing policies and guidelines.
• Participate in corporate litigation matters as needed.

Required profile

• Recent law graduate or early‑career lawyer with strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple client requests.
• Proactive learner who takes responsibility for personal development.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to understand business operations.
• Commitment to uphold PwC’s Code of Conduct and independence requirements.
