About the role

The Treasury Supervisor will lead the daily cash‑flow and accounts‑receivable processes for SONDA’s distribution channels in Panama. You will ensure accurate collection, timely deposits, and strict compliance with payment agreements while mitigating financial risks.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee analysis, monitoring, control and collection of accounts receivable across all external channels.
• Manage daily cash receipt, verification and deposit from the cash‑in‑transit service for internal channels.
• Guarantee compliance with payment and deposit agreements between distribution channels and the company.
• Control and mitigate financial loss risks related to shortages, delays or discrepancies in collection handling.
• Coordinate the integration of new products into distribution channels, assessing treasury, accounting and cash‑flow impacts.
• Maintain operational insight to improve cash‑flow handling and street‑level processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of cash‑flow administration across all channels.
• Report weekly indicators and forecasts to the Treasury Manager.
• Lead and coordinate the treasury team to meet departmental needs efficiently.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in treasury, cash‑management or related financial roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
