About the role
We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Representative to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up on requests to confirm full resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and satisfaction.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or a call‑center environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
