TRACK PMS Expert – Web Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced TRACK PMS Expert to own and optimise our company's use of the TRACK Property Management System. This highly technical position requires hands‑on expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the platform, as well as managing its integrations with other tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of TRACK PMS, including settings, workflows, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical and system issues, investigate errors, and resolve synchronization problems.
• Monitor and debug integrations between TRACK and third‑party platforms.
• Collaborate directly with TRACK support and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document incidents, solutions, and configuration details for internal reference.
• Provide support to internal users, answering TRACK‑related questions and training needs.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflows and system usage.

Required profile

• Expert‑level, hands‑on experience with TRACK PMS (non‑negotiable).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate root causes independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of liaising with software providers.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage issues through to resolution.
• Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously.
