About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor will lead the end‑to‑end HR operation for an assigned country, ensuring alignment of HR processes, talent acquisition, policy compliance, audits, KPI management, benefits administration, and organizational development. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment delivering high‑quality solutions for clients and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, for the designated country.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and migration processes.
• Manage internal and external audits, monitor HR indicators, and drive continuous improvement.
• Administer employee benefits and support talent attraction initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop organizational development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in comprehensive HR management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
