Senior Analytics Engineer - Health Care

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to design, build, and maintain data analytics solutions that support our client’s integrated healthcare platform. The role focuses on improving care delivery for individuals dually eligible for Medicaid and Medicare through robust data models, pipelines, and visualizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex data models for operational and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement data‑driven solutions that enhance care delivery and business value.
• Develop and enforce data quality and integrity standards.
• Explore healthcare and business data to uncover insights and patterns.
• Build and maintain data infrastructure, including pipelines, databases, and data warehouses.
• Automate and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, engineering, or a related business environment.
• Senior‑level proficiency with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare data environments is a plus.

Required skills

• SQL
• Python for data manipulation and automation
• Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift (experience with any is a plus)
• DBT for building modular data models
