Salesforce Developer / Administrator – Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Salesforce Developer / Administrator to support a fast‑growing fintech client. You will work with a small, collaborative team to keep Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud running smoothly while delivering key projects such as a telephony migration and portal enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Evaluate business requirements and choose between declarative tools and custom code.
• Design, build and support Apex classes, Lightning Web Components and custom workflows.
• Build, maintain and troubleshoot integrations with external platforms, APIs and third‑party tools.
• Lead the migration of telephony from Talkdesk to Genesys, including integration testing.
• Support Experience Cloud portal initiatives and user‑experience improvements.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks, manage tickets and document work in Jira.

Required profile

• 3–5 + years of hands‑on experience in both Salesforce development and administration.
• Proven ability to write Apex code and create Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs and third‑party telephony platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira.
