QA Performance - Panamá

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Analyst (Semi‑Senior) to join our technology team in Panama. You will be responsible for designing workloads, building complex performance scripts, and driving root‑cause analysis to ensure our solutions scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze technical stories from the backlog to identify early performance risks.
• Design load models and parameterize performance scripts, mastering dynamic correlation and test data strategies.
• Execute load, stress, spike, volume and scalability tests while maintaining baseline comparability.
• Configure and diagnose test environments, agents, and load generators to guarantee metric accuracy.
• Perform medium‑complexity root‑cause analysis by correlating logs, infrastructure, and database results.
• Report strategic findings with clear evidence and recommend technical improvements to business audiences.
• Automate test execution in CI/CD pipelines and establish reliable performance gates.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification (CTFL) is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of proven end‑to‑end performance testing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Required skills

• Advanced load generation with JMeter, k6 or Gatling.
• Performance testing, load and stress testing techniques.
• CI/CD pipeline integration and performance gate implementation.
• Root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting across logs, infrastructure and databases.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
