Portuguese‑English Virtual Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Portuguese‑English Virtual Assistant to strengthen our growing property‑management operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has hands‑on experience with short‑term rentals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for property‑management activities.
• Manage guest communications in both English and Portuguese.
• Assist with reservations, inquiries, and booking management.
• Coordinate with property owners, guests, cleaners, and maintenance teams.
• Update calendars and booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Perform general virtual‑assistant and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
• Background in property management or short‑term rentals.
• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Experience with Hostaway is a plus, but not mandatory.
