Líder Técnico de Automatización de Pruebas - Panamá

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Leader of Test Automation to shape the future of our testing strategy in Panama. You will bridge business vision and technical excellence, designing sustainable, scalable automation solutions that drive innovation across our technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑level automation architecture (API, system, end‑to‑end) with reusable components.
• Define and apply a test‑pyramid strategy, contract testing and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and validation.
• Establish an agnostic governance framework including RACI matrix, versioning, and maintenance guidelines.
• Implement resilient, self‑healing automation and intelligent execution based on impact analysis.
• Assess the current testing ecosystem, identify gaps, and create a comprehensive roadmap.
• Support pre‑sales activities, present metrics, KPIs and ROI to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of test automation experience, with at least 3 years leading automation teams.
• Proven experience defining architectures, standards and governance for automation.
