About the role

The Wellness Companion supports patients throughout their journey at the Antiaging Clinic of Panama, ensuring every consultation runs smoothly and patients feel valued. This on‑site role focuses on building trust, handling logistics, and providing a pressure‑free experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, responding promptly and gathering necessary information.
• Help patients understand the full range of services without feeling upsold.
• Manage the consultation booking process and confirm attendance.
• Follow up after each consultation with warmth, addressing practical, financial, and logistical questions.
• Maintain ongoing contact with existing patients, suggesting ways to stay engaged with their care.
• Keep clean, complete records of every patient interaction and contribute to building systematic processes.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality, delivering an unhurried, high‑trust experience.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Consultative, patient, and genuinely curious style, comfortable with long decision cycles.
• High ownership mentality; proactively manages follow‑ups and resolves messy records.
• Strong emotional intelligence to support patients making personal health decisions.
