Virtual Medical Assistant (Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant to support physicians remotely, handling patient records, coordination, and communication. The role focuses on efficient patient care for US‑based practices.

Key responsibilities

• Act as personal assistant to the physician, managing schedules and communications.
• Update EHR/EMR systems with accurate patient records.
• Gather and organize information needed for patient visits.
• Partner with the physician to deliver efficient, high‑quality patient care.

Required profile

• A degree or coursework in an allied medical field (preferred).
• At least 6 months experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant.
• At least 6 months experience in customer service (CSR).
• Minimum 2 years bilingual experience (English & Spanish fluency required).
• Knowledge of US private health insurance (Medicaid, Medicare).

Required skills

• EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Remote patient monitoring tools.
• Google Workspace.
• Zoom video conferencing.
• Scheduling platforms.
