About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Industrial Sales Representative with a commercial spirit to develop new business opportunities and strengthen our client portfolio in the meat, bakery and broader food industry sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers in the food industry.
• Manage and grow the existing client portfolio.
• Conduct technical visits to production plants to identify needs and provide specialized advice on ingredients and solutions.
• Coordinate product trials, pilots and tastings with potential clients.
• Prepare sales forecasts and commercial management reports.
• Negotiate and close commercial opportunities while ensuring long‑term relationships.
• Achieve established sales and profitability targets.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of technical sales experience in the food industry.
• Proven experience in portfolio development and new‑business acquisition.
• Experience in meat and/or bakery sectors is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate English is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally.
• Proactive, result‑oriented, excellent communicator and negotiator.
• Organized with a strong customer‑service focus and passion for sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience using a CRM system.
