About the role

ArchGroup is looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to develop commercial opportunities through consultative selling of SkyData products and solutions. The role focuses on identifying explicit and hidden client needs, building a robust pipeline, and achieving individual and country‑wide sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect new clients using databases and market sources, segmenting potential accounts.
• Sell all SkyData products with a consultative approach, conducting industry research before each meeting.
• Apply diagnostic questioning, uncover explicit and hidden needs, and present tailored value propositions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM, recording activities, opportunities, contacts, and client information.
• Coordinate and attend client meetings, deliver customized presentations and demos.
• Submit client documentation for sales management approval and open new dossiers.
• Oversee contract signing, invoice generation, work order creation, and initial payment collection.
• Manage long‑term client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive upselling or cross‑selling.
• Stay current on SkyData solutions, AI trends, and relevant technologies.
• Meet individual KPIs and contribute to country‑wide sales goals; assist with collections when required.

Required profile

• Residence in Panama City or Panama Oeste (mandatory).
• Final two years of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or a completed degree.
• Minimum three years of B2B sales experience in technology, software, or enterprise solutions.
• Intermediate English is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficient use of a CRM system (mandatory).
• Knowledge of AI and automation applied to business processes.
