US Outbound B2B Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

National Search Group is looking for an experienced outbound sales professional to generate new business opportunities with U.S. owners, CEOs, operations leaders, and HR executives. The role is fully remote and focuses on B2B prospecting for executive search services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting during U.S. business hours via cold calls, personalized emails, and approved social outreach.
• Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with U.S. leadership on targeting, messaging, call review, and sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the company CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in recruitment or professional services.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently from a home office.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace with backup power and internet connectivity.
