Track & Trace Representative – Weekends, Afternoons & Nights

About the role

We are seeking a Track & Trace Representative to join our logistics team, working weekends, afternoons and night shifts. In this fast‑paced position you will monitor freight movements, maintain accurate shipment documentation and ensure customers receive timely updates.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new load orders into our proprietary web‑based system.
• Make “check calls” to drivers to track pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate internally and with drivers to verify documentation.
• Monitor freight status across multiple tracking websites and alert customers of potential delays.
• Collect and maintain proper paperwork for each shipment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Dispatch to resolve issues and provide customer solutions.
• Maintain an outbound call volume of approximately 100 calls per day.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in dispatch, logistics, customer service, operations, data entry or call‑center environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Team‑oriented mindset and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Drive.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
