Track and Trace Specialist

As a Logistics Support Specialist you will manage shipments from start to finish, tracking loads, supporting drivers and keeping customers informed.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update load details in the system.
• Make daily “check calls” with drivers.
• Monitor freight online and alert customers of delays.
• Collect and maintain accurate shipment paperwork.
• Assist sales/dispatch in resolving issues.
• Maintain 100+ outbound calls per day.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in customer service, logistics, dispatch, call center or similar.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Strong multitasking, organization and detail orientation.
• Teamwork and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Drive & Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma (Associate’s degree preferred).
