Técnico IT – Microsoft 365

About the role

Lords of IT is looking for its first local IT Technician in Panama to manage Microsoft 365 security for fully cloud‑based enterprises. You will join a regional technical team that already supports customers in the United States, acting as the on‑site point of contact for Panamanian clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer client Microsoft 365 tenants, including users, licenses, groups and permissions.
• Apply the company’s security baseline across all tenants.
• Provide first‑line support to end‑users and resolve technical issues.
• Visit client sites as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of IT support experience with hands‑on work in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
• Understanding of Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) and its purpose.
• Residency in Panama with the ability to travel to client locations.
• Technical reading proficiency in English.
• Strong documentation skills.
