About the role

Provide timely technical support and ensure the availability of the bank's technology services. You will be responsible for the proper functioning of equipment, peripherals, software, connectivity and infrastructure, contributing to the organization’s operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

Deliver prompt technical support to bank users.
Guarantee the availability of all technological services.
Maintain equipment, peripherals, software, and network connectivity.
Support and manage the bank’s technology infrastructure.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems.
Minimum 2 years of experience in server administration or programming.
Knowledge of operating systems and enterprise technology tools.
Intermediate level of English.
