Technical Support Engineer – Digital Marketing (LATAM, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a centralized technology support team that serves a leading global marketing and digital transformation organization. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving technical issues across enterprise applications, systems and cloud environments for users throughout LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications, systems and infrastructure.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical incidents and service requests.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud‑based environments, supporting AWS and/or Azure platforms.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions and technical procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improvements in support processes and system reliability.

Required profile

• Professional senior experience in technical support, IT support, systems administration or cloud support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with ticketing, incident‑management or IT service‑management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across LATAM.
