Technical Success Engineer

About the role

Endor Labs is looking for a Technical Success Engineer to act as the technical champion for its customers. You will combine deep software‑engineering expertise with a passion for helping developers secure their code, guiding clients through both pre‑sales and post‑sales stages.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain code and dependency scanning solutions using Maven and Gradle.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and strategic advice.
• Customize Endor Labs’ security platform to fit complex customer environments, creating bespoke solutions when needed.
• Rapidly resolve technical issues, leveraging strong DevOps and programming knowledge.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with startups to global enterprises, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Promote secure coding practices and lead high‑impact integration projects.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of professional software‑engineering experience.
• Strong command of programming languages and application security concepts.
• Excellent English communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
