Technical Sourcer/Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter to join EPE’s Talent Acquisition team in Panama City. The role supports global engineering hiring, helping to build the pipeline for the “grid of the future”. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to attract top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and design sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns, including Boolean and X‑ray searches, to identify passive engineering candidates.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles across EPE’s global markets.
• Create compelling messaging that highlights EPE’s impact and opportunities.
• Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks and iCIMS ATS to engage candidates.
• Provide a high‑quality candidate experience through clear communication and transparent processes.
• Track market trends, talent availability and emerging technologies to inform sourcing decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience sourcing engineering talent, preferably in power systems, utilities, or renewable energy.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into effective sourcing plans.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
