Technical Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects for global clients. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while maintaining high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close technical projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and timeline constraints.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and enforce best‑practice delivery processes.
• Track progress, generate status reports, and communicate updates to leadership.
• Align technical solutions with business objectives to achieve successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
