Technical Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end technology projects for global clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on aligning technical delivery with business objectives while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and communicate status to leadership.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and enforce best practices for project delivery.
• Provide regular progress updates and bridge technical and business perspectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
