About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Growth Marketing Manager to modernize and scale its marketing engine. Working remotely, you will balance immediate lead generation with the development of AI‑driven, personalized systems that support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the modernization and scaling of the marketing engine, ensuring short‑term lead delivery while building long‑term AI‑enabled processes.
• Manage and optimize inbound marketing performance to increase lead quality and volume.
• Lead website de‑anonymization initiatives to identify and act on anonymous traffic.
• Design and execute personalized outbound strategies targeting hard‑to‑reach SMB audiences.
• Collaborate closely with growth, marketing operations, and engineering teams to align technical execution with marketing goals.

Required profile

• Background that blends business and marketing fundamentals with technical fluency, similar to an industrial engineer with marketing training and coding exposure.
• Experience or strong interest in applying Generative AI to growth marketing.
• Ownership mindset capable of managing both short‑term delivery and long‑term system building.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
