About the role

As a Technical Architect at BairesDev, you will shape and deliver complex, end‑to‑end solutions that span multiple technology stacks and systems. You will act as the primary technical authority, ensuring that architectural decisions support business goals while maintaining scalability and system integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑level, multi‑stack architectures that address intricate business requirements.
• Define and document architectural patterns and integration standards for consistency across engineering teams.
• Guide the technical direction of large‑scale projects and facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate and select technologies and frameworks to optimize performance and future‑proof the ecosystem.
• Resolve critical architectural bottlenecks and cross‑system integration issues.
• Mentor engineering leaders to foster a culture of architectural excellence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven track record designing and implementing end‑to‑end solutions across diverse systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
