Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Quality Auditor you will safeguard the consistency and excellence of BairesDev’s Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate interactions, screening calls, and written communications to ensure they meet the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails, and workflow steps.
• Measure performance against defined scorecards, KPIs, and audit criteria.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns.
• Document findings with precision and propose improvements to audit frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to audit operational processes and evaluate performance using standards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
