About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Global Talent Acquisition team. Working remotely with flexible options, you will support hiring across all functions and geographies, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and compliance with SCI standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of high‑volume roles, from brief to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using advertising and direct sourcing.
• Maintain a professional candidate experience and coordinate interview panels.
• Handle offers and pre‑employment processes, escalating risks as needed.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing market insight and regular updates.

Required profile

• Unrestricted right to work in the chosen location.
• Fluent English; Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong autonomy and ability to align hiring processes with SCI values.

Required skills

• Oracle (data hygiene and recruitment system).
